"No, I was kidding Alexis" said Charles, "Ugh! You...ugh!!!...I can't believe I fell for that!" Alexis said as she returned her wand behind her, she sat down at the lake again. 'Maybe I shouldn't bother asking him to sit down, he will probably just change the topic' she thought. "Better? Than you? I don't know about that....I guess it's just luck...i guess...i don't really have talent or passion in this stuff, i just don't know why i feel like my real father was a wizard...eerrrmm....nevermind that it's just family problems in my muggle life....and wizard duel? I guess so...but...I'm not actually interested in those, I always get concerned to people whom I hit or hurt. I always feel I'm in trouble...you know what I mean, principal's office, suspension, or somethings like that." Alexis said to Charles without looking at him, she just kept looking at the lake. "Charles, why do you always change the subject? a while ago were talking about snakes then about the spell and now more spells!....And yes I would love to learn charms and spells...I also love to go to the library to know more about this world, know why it's possible for a muggle to be a wizard, why it's possible a muggle could talk to a snake and to learn histories so I could fit in during classes...."Alexis said keeping her anger deep inside her..... As a tear dropped, she wiped it...after all Charles couldn't see the tear because Alexis was facing the lake with her face looking at the ground.

As Alex spoke, something happened. Her expression changed. 'Did I hurt her feelings? I didn't want to. It was supposed to be a funny joke not a dirty trick. Maybe I should try a different approach. Oh and uhhh Alexis, if you can read minds I'm sorry.'
Chuck suddenly frowned but then said, "I'm sorry for whatever I did. I'm sorry for the joke I pulled on you but it was supposed to be 'By the way, ouch.' and then you would laugh but I guess it just didn't go as planned. I am really, really, really, really, really, really, really sorry and I hope you can forgive me, Alex. You're the first friend I've made so far." Chuck's frown grew stronger and more visible, the more he spoke to her turned away face. He felt sadness, guilt for doing this to her. He never meant for anything to happen this way.
"I'm sorry I kept changing the subject. The reason for this was because I thought we could just get away from that snake problem and the Flipendo problem too. I thought if I changed the subject, we wouldn't have to worry about them. But now I know that even if I change the subject, it's still there. That problem. And I'm sorry for all of that. I'm just ........... sorry." Chuck sat down and just looked at the ground. 'What have I done?'

Alexis felt bad than ever. She made another mistake of her life. "No, Charles wait..." As Alexis turned to Charles. "I'm sorry, I cause so much trouble...I just thought wizards are like muggles...i meant easy to be friends with and all but i was wrong, i-i....i never really had a friend like you i mean of all the students i met, we only lasted to talk like a very short period here in Hogwarts. I mean all of them want to stop me from going somewhere that's dangerous and they seem to get mad at me quickly but you...never.....did....I'm so sorry....I never realised what you tried to do..And...I'm sorry I felt concern...I just feel like I.....uh....I...I feel like..I known you since then and I felt like...it's my fault....., I know I'm a bad friend and all but I hope you forgive me too...it's just even if I am a muggleborn, I have family problems and wizard problems....I just don't know how to fix my life...and I......I....I'm sorry for pulling it out to you.....I just don't know what's in my mind so I did that...." Alexis said To Charles as she also looks in the ground feeling very guilty about what she said to him.... Samantha walked down the already easy path to the lake. It seemed awfully easy to remember. She looked up from her black Uggs and out towards the lake. A piece of hair dropped in front of her face as she averted it back down to her feet, out of the corner of her eye she could see it was the purple part of it. Interesting. She never saw the purple part except when in a mirror, running her hand through her hair she pushed it behind her ear, getting closer to the lake and looking up again. She could see two figures sitting down there by the lake. This must be a popular spot. Yesterday there was the Alexis and that other girl. Now to more people.

She made her way to where the people where sitting, making out the face of Alexis and a boy she didn't know. Samantha didn't say anything, she kind of shifted to the left. Sitting on the grass a few yards away Samantha wondered why they were there. She didn't bother ask though. She rarley ever asked anything unless she really needed to know.

"......I just don't know what's in my mind so I did that...." Chuck heard Alex say. He couldn't see Alex, but by the sound of her voice Chuck knew she was feeling guilty. Chuck just looked at the ground, feeling guilty as well. He didn't know what to do. He wasn't very good in awkward positions, even if he was always in them. He just stared at the ground, as if immobilized in that position. "It's fine now, Alex." Chuck said looking out into the open to see Alex. She seemed to have her head down too. "Well I hope we can still be friends." This scene was quite dramatic to Chuck, so the thought of drama and the stupidity of some really unbelievable drama shows, Chuck laughed. His laughter started softly and it grew louder. "If you're wondering what I'm laughing about." Chuck laughed "Is because this is really dramatic and some drama shows come up with the most ridiculous ideas ever."

As Alexis faced the ground, she waited for Charles to answer. As Charles said "Well I hope we can still be friends.", she directly faced Charles and said "Don't worry Charles, we are still friends. I just acted like a jerk too much. I forgot to think about my friends and all..." with a smile on her face. She herd Charles laugh, and Charles said "Is because this is really dramatic and some drama shows come up with the most ridiculous ideas ever." she also laughed, she even laughed a little louder then Charles. "Hahaha, I guess so...I never thought of laughing today! Hahaha!" Alexis said. After a while Alexis stood up, "Charles, still, I'm sorry and thank you for making me laugh" Alexis said. Alexis pulled a rock and threw it in the lake, "Ugh!! I want to know the Truth!" Alexis shouted as she threw the rock. "Pretty wired right? but I guess you know what I did but what I said? I don't think you know..." Alexis said To Charles.

As Alexis gets another rock, She accidentally faced where Samantha was, "Charles, isn't that Samantha?!?!...Err...I'll be back..."Alexis said to Charles, then Alexis went to Samantha and said "Hello Samantha, Do you want to join us, Me and Charles, We'll be happy if you joined us, i'll go back to our place now, you could go and follow if you want." Alexis said to Samantha as she returned to Charles's side, sitting near him and waiting for Samantha to come close and waiting for Charles to say something.

Samantha snapped her head in the direction that the voice was coming from. It was coming from Alexis. Ugh. Samantha nodded nicely and smiled as she followed Alexis over to where they were. She wasn't happy about it, but the least she could do was be nice. "So..." She started. "What's going on?" Was the best she could come up with. Of course. That's the most basic question. She didn't know what else to say, it wasn't like she could say she had to go. She just got here! They would know she was avoiding them. Or she would know she was avoiding her. Samantha didn't know the boy.

She pushed a rock into the lake, flicking it with the toe of her boot. It landed not far from their side of the shore. Well! It wasn't her fault, it was with her boot and barley any effort. Samantha held back a laugh as she kicked another rock harder so that it would go farther. It landed a bit farther then the other one. That was good. She turned to the two, waiting for one of them to reply.

The girl that was invited to where Alex and Chuck were, was what seemed like a nice girl. "What's going on?" She asked. By what Chuck heard earlier, the girl's name was Samantha. "Oh uhh nothing much really." Chuck replied ending his sentence with the usual awkward laughs he would give.
He saw Samantha kick a rock which landed not far from their side of the shore. Then she kicked another harder which landed quite a bit farther than the other rock.
She turned to Alex and Chuck and Chuck said, "Well I'm Charles. Charles Luminon. You can call me Charles, Chuck, Charlie or whatever."
Chuck wasn't very good at making friends, but Samantha seemed nice.
He stood up from his seated position and picked up a rock. He threw it as far as he could. He was never good at throwing. The rock didn't land really far away.
"Man I stink at throwing. Many other things, but throwing? Not so much." Chuck said trying to make a good little laugh.

As Samantha came along and said "What's going on?" Alexis placed her feet at her side, "Nothing much, I kind of got mad at him...but were fine now, were just...knowing each other out" Alexis said to Samantha. "Uhm...Charles I forgot to introduce her to you, Charles this is my..., I'm not sure if were friends but she's Samantha Greene. I also met her here...And Samantha, this is Charles I just met him. He teached me a spell and were close friends now, Right Charles?" Alexis said to Charles and Samantha. As she watched Charles throw a rock, Charles said "Man I stink at throwing. Many other things, but throwing? Not so much." Alexis said "I don't think you're bad at it Charles, your just...not used yet...Why don't you try again? And shout what you wanted to say that you've been keeping? Believe me...it'll make you feel better.. And if you're angry, throwing and shouting is the best thing that I do when I don't want to hurt or tell it to my friends." Alexis said to Charles. Alexis picked up another rock and shouted; "I had enough lies!!! I need the truth!!!" as she threw the rock in the lake.

Samantha ignored Alexis's comment about not sure if they were friends and proceeded to smile at her and............Charles. Yes. That was his name. Charles. Samantha picked up a rock and twirled it around in her fingers. "Here. Like this." She threw the rock. It landed farther the Charles's rock, but not as far as the one she kicked. Oh well. And then Alexis went off about throwing and screaming and how you need to do that to make yourself feel better. She then screamed about about lies and the truth. Hmmm...Did she do something? Probably not...she couldn't have. But maybe she did? Samantha turned to Alexis, not really sure what she should say. "Umm...Good throw." She said. The girl probably had stuff at home...but did she? Ugh! Did it matter? Ignore it, Samantha told herself.

Alex went on about throwing and shouting. She said that it's a great thing to do if you want to feel better. Just shout out your problems or something. "Alex, I don't really have any problems." Charles said smiling. "I suppose there are those small things but they are nothing major to me." He thought about what she shouted. 'I had enough lies! I need the truth!' Her sentences replayed in his mind. 'Was there something happening? Nah, don't worry Charles. If she wants you to know, she'll tell you'
He didn't feel like throwing anything at the moment now. It was starting to become slightly awkward. He wanted to come with something, but he couldn't. So he tried this.
"Oh, Samantha. Do you like spells?" He said coming up with nothing but that. 'Spells? Really Charles? We've been talking about them for what seems like ages now.'
"Uhhh have you learned anything about the Wizard World that you'd like to share at the moment? I really like learning new things." He said with a smile. 'I have really got to get out of these subject changing situations' Charles thought to himself.
He got out his wand and looked over it. It seemed so warm in his finger tips. He loved holding it. He looked over to Samantha, waiting for her reply.

As Alexis herd Samantha say "Good throw", Alexis said "Thanks, I always do that...I mean even in the muggle world I do..." lowing her voice. Charles said ""Alex, I don't really have any problems." and "I suppose there are those small things but they are nothing major to me." , "Oh...maybe it's better to be you guys, My life? Ugh! It kills me...I bet you two are wondering why I said I had enough lies...everyone does, but they always ask me...but you guys don't... I-it's actually...hum...I don't think you guys want to know, would you?" Alexis said to the two. She remained quiet for a while and said "Yeah Samantha does you? I mean I know one but... I don't think I could do the spell I know anymore..., I am also willing to know more spells... I kind of messed up in the muggle world, spending time to be a normal girl." She said as she smiled at her. 'I guess she's not mean...but...sometimes she really is...Ugh! I don't know! Maybe Charles likes her...and Samantha likes him...they both communicate well together...they talk too much..Oh! Alexis what are you thinking! What is happening to you!?!?!...forget it...maybe I should go, but I never had a long talk with two wizards back then...well of course I am a muggle and all...Ugh!! I'm being meant today...maybe I should practice the spell?' She thought. Alexis took a step away from them and pulled her wand; she faced a medium sized rock and shouted "Accio Rock!" Instead of a medium sized rock, she accidentally got hit by a big rock, the rock hit her right foot and she fell down. "Ouch!!" Alexis said.

Samantha resisted looking at Charles in a strange way. No problems? What world does he live in!? Mmkay, maybe right now he doesn't have any problems...thats reasonable..right? He started asking her about spells...then Alexis joined in. "Well...uh...I don't know many spells really. It's my first year so..yeah. I know a few...I guess." Samantha stopped. She didn't even know how old Charles was. Was he a first year? Was he 11 like her? Or was he older? He sounded like her age....but maybe he wasn't.

Samantha turned quickly at the sound of Alexis doing a spell and then getting her foot hit by a rock. "Oh! Are you ok?" She asked. "Here." Samantha grabbed Alexis by the arm and made her sit down so she wouldn't be standing on her foot anymore. She didn't know what else to do though. It would probably pass though, it wasn't like the rock was some huge boulder of a rock.

Xy never talked to anyone at this school yet, she just spends time in the library at most times but her mother once told her to have time to make friends. Xy planned to sleep at the lake to think about some things but when she walked through, she saw 3 students. 'They look like first years...hmm..maybe i should teach them a spell or two?' she thought. Xy saw them interact and she saw the girl fell. She walked up to the three students. "Aww....a love triangle! So who did this lucky guy chose? ....Just kidding!!!, But seriously who? ...if you didn't like anyone these girls, who is more beautiful? ...oh...excuse me, I am Xyris but i prefer to be called Xy. I am a third year." She said to the three. Xy walked back a little father from them, "Hey you! The girl who fell, this is the way you should have did, watch and learn!" Xy said to the girl who fell. Xy pulled her wand and directed it to a medium sized rock that won't injure her, Xy raised her hand to her head level and shouted "Accio Rock!". Then the rock landed safely. "You see, you needed to raise your hand so you could pick it up. And when you do the spell, the only thing you would focus on is the item so other things won't come by you and hit you. And to avoid being hit, you must not be mad, angry or whatever! At anyone...you must empty your emotions for a while and focus, got it?.... So who else want to fix their wrong spell?, by the way...if you shout a spell...you must say it with right pronunciation.." Xy said to the three as she placed back her wand at her back.

Charles watched as Alex cast a spell and a rock flew at her foot. "Ouch!!" Alex said. Samantha had already reached her and seemed like she knew what she was doing.
Charles sat and watched as another girl walked over to where they were.
"Aww....a love triangle!" The new girl said. "So who did this lucky guy choose?" ....Just kidding!!!, But seriously who? If you didn't like anyone of these girls, who is more beautiful?"
Charles just stared at her completely blank. 'What is she doing? I would've never looked at my friends like that ... would I? Okay this is strange. Completely' He thought to himself. "...oh...excuse me, I am Xyris but i prefer to be called Xy. I am a third year."
The new girl, Xyris didn't make quite the good impression to Charles. Xyris then went on about Alex's spell and said it should be done this way and that way and blah blah blah. 'I feel wierd now' He thought to himself. It was awkward for him for a little while.
"So, your a third year, yes?" Charles asked "I'm Charles, a first year. We're all first years .................. uhhh I'm guessing."
He moved the wand on the palm of his hand side to side.
